Our commitment to quality in the field of healthcare is accredited by a management system based on ISO 9001:2015, which covers all the equipment in our catalogues, and ISO 13485:2016, specifically for medical devices. These standards promote the adoption of process management as a method for identifying and managing the quality system, as well as for identifying opportunities for improvement. ISO 9001 sets out the requirements necessary to implement a quality management system, enabling the company to demonstrate its ability to meet customer requirements and to demonstrate this ability to any interested party.

In addition to the concern for the health of society globally, we need to be aware of our environmental impact. Therefore, following the international standard ISO 14001:2015, we have developed an environmental management system, through which we monitor compliance with all legal requirements and implement policies for the reduction of natural resources, recycling and waste management ISO 14001 is a specific standard for Environmental Management Systems (EMS) that specifies the requirements for the formulation and maintenance of such systems.

Workers are the engine of any company, so they need security and guarantees to carry out their work as comfortably and efficiently as possible. At Infrico, we have an occupational risk prevention system based on the international standard ISO 45001:2018, with the aim of providing a safer and healthier working environment.

All devices and equipment offered are compliant with the Council Directives DC2014/35/EU (Electrical Safety) and DC2014/30/EU (Electromagnetic Compatibility). In addition, they have passed the electro-medical equipment tests according to EN 60601-1 and EN 60601-1-2.
